Mehdi's World Go Round!

A month ago, I turned in this demo to Universal ; they were looking for some remixes for that BUSTA RHYMES and ESTELLE song called ‘World Go Round’. I had exactly 4 days to do it, they wouldn’t give me more. I even had to cancel a couple of gigs in order to focus on it (sorry Lausanne and Bern peeps…).

But you know how it goes: by the time the UK folks gave their opinion, a full week passed. By the time the US folks gave me the green light, I had already started one, maybe two other new remixes. A month later, when Busta’s management finally fed me back with some comments, I almost completely forgot about the track— And, as much as I was thrilled to work with the legendary, I also kinda lost the kick out of it. I just gave up.

It’s not mastered, the levels aren’t up to full blast, the structure could be better ; it’s a demo, it’s a remix, it’s a DEMIX!
